Welcome to Reello. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, apps and services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Mobile Use

You authorize Reello to send you messages for the purpose of notifications, verification, response to your interaction and updates. You can opt-out from receiving text messages anytime by sending STOP, keep in mind that after that we won't be able to send you any sms notifications. If you want to resume receiving text messages send START.

3. Use of Content

All content provided on this website is for informational purposes only. The content is owned by us or licensed to us. Reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it's your responsibility to review them periodically. To help you keep up with any changes we will always ask you to accept our terms and link to this page at the time of login.

When a Change to Terms happens, we will honor the previous version of the Terms for services previously requested, unless we are forced by changes in laws, regulations and similar factors that are out of our control.

12. Payment for Services

When we receive a service request from a customer, we create a quote with a date of service or first visit and send it back. If the customer is interested, the quote must be paid to secure and schedule the service.

The payment funds for a service are held in escrow and are not released to the service professional until we can confirm the service was performed.

A customer can request to reschedule a service date with no changes to their payment agreement.

Quotes over $500 can only be paid with bank accounts.

13. Refund and Cancelation Policy

A customer can cancel a service request at any time and will be refunded according to the rules below.

  • Service professional doesn’t show up without previous reschedule arrangement.
  • Service professional becomes unavailable to perform the service and there isn’t a replacement.
  • A cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and the service date is at least 72 hours away.
  • A cancellation is requested after 24 hours of payment and the date of service is at least 72 hours away.
  • A cancellation is requested when the date of service is less than 72 hours away.

Refund exceptions. Besides the above rules, a contractor may be entitled to keep additional funds that will not be refunded, if materials that are specific to the customer request and not returnable were purchased before the cancellation. In such cases, the professional must be able to provide a purchase receipt and must deliver the materials to the customer even if the labor and the rest of the project is not performed. Delivery or transportation fees may be included.

14. Payment to Professionals

Payouts to Professionals are processed 72 hours after confirming the job is complete and free of claims.

15. Service Claims

Customers can establish a claim within 48 hours from service completion and Reello will mediate to resolve such claim between customer and service professional.
